It was just flour (500g), water (325ml), salt (10g), and the sourdough starter (100g). Occasionally I dribble a little olive oil into it before I knead, but didn't this time. My daughter sent me a proofing basket for the holidays, so I'm looking forward to being able to just plop it out once it doubles and not have it lose all the rise!
